Shipping policy
Conditions for free delivery
For orders from Austria and Germany we cover the shipping costs (only for a short time).
For orders from other EU countries* we assume the shipping costs from a goods value of 45 euros.
When do shipping costs apply?
For orders from other EU countries*, shipping costs of 14.90 euros apply if the value of the goods does not reach 45 euros. p>
Duration of delivery
Once we have received the payment, we will deliver the products within 24 hours (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to our shipping partner. After that, the delivery takes:
- to Austria in about 2-3 working days.
- to Germany in about 2-4 working days.
- to other EU countries about < meta charset="utf-8">about 2-7 business days.
Return
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have proof provided that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please note that our textiles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
